Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish law (2005:59) on distance contracts and off-premises contracts. The withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receive the goods. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw within 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of notifying alster vandel® of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Returns of Bundle Offers: If you purchase multiple items in a bundle offer, such as "3 for 2," and choose to return one or more items, you will lose the discount. You will then pay full price for the items you keep.

Refunds

Once we have received your notice and verified the returned item or proof of shipment, we will promptly refund the purchase amount (including any shipping cost), but no later than 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used at checkout. If you paid by invoice, direct payment, or prepayment, the funds will be transferred to your bank account. If you paid by card, the return amount will be credited to your card. Refunds for returns are processed by Klarna. Contact Klarna if you have questions.

Uncollected Packages

We reserve the right to charge costs for handling uncollected packages (return shipping, administrative fees, etc.). Packages are held at stores for 14 days or at postal outlets for 7 days. Other storage periods may apply for different delivery methods.

Force Majeure

alster vandel® is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorist acts, currency fluctuations, government actions, legislation, supplier/production issues, or transport disruptions.

Complaints and Disputes

If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please visit one of our stores with the item and your order confirmation or receipt. You may make a complaint until the expiration date of the product or within three years of purchase. We cover all costs associated with a valid complaint.

In case of a dispute, alster vandel® follows decisions from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN). ARN can be reached via www.arn.se or at Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. Complaints can also be submitted through the EU online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
